Administration Assistant
We are seeking an organised, friendly, and proactive individual to join our admin team! They will play a key role in delivering high-quality customer service and efficient administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with people, and is confident managing a wide range of administrative tasks.
As our Administration Assistant, you will be the welcoming face of our organisation and the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. You will provide essential support across reception, customer service, administration, and day to day operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities of this role include:

Front desk reception, greeting visitors, and managing phone and email enquiries

Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organised reception area

General administration including filing, scanning, preparing documents, and managing mail

Maintaining office, cleaning, and activity supply inventories

Recording cancellations, enquiries, and updating staff/participant document trackers
-
Supporting Day Program operations, daily setup, money handling, and activity preparation

Assisting participants with intake and onboarding documentation

Providing basic social media and content support

Coordinating vehicle maintenance and completing routine safety checks

This position will be commencing in January 2026. Candidates must demonstrate sound administration knowledge and experience in a similar role.
Our preference is five days a week, with Monday to Wednesday being 9 am to 5pm, and Thursday to Friday being 7:30am to 3:30pm, however open to flexibility.
